This year, our Quaker and Fresh Delight brands invite five Michelin chefs to collaborate together in the first ever "Quaker & Fresh Delight Star Chefs Food Truck" Charity event in Taiwan. Our charity tour will extend to North, Central, and South Taiwan, inviting the public to enjoy amazingly delicious food while contributing to charity. 100% of the Food Truck revenue will be donated to the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families Foundation's "No Poverty Generation" fundraising project, so that love continues to spread.

5 STAR CHEFS COLLABORATE WITH STANDARD FOODS FOR CHARITY

To spread love, these five Star Chefs enthusiastically join together with Standard Foods to do charity. Inspired by Standard Foods Group, Impromptu chef Paul Lee, Taïrroir chefs Kai Ho On and Angela Lai, logy's chef Tahara Ryogo, and Gen Creative chef Eric Liu collaborated to delicious exclusive star-rated signature specialties from Quaker wholesome oats & grains products and Fresh Delight natural dairy products. The five innovations include soup, three entrees, and two desserts, presenting the culinary expertise of each Star Chef. Chef Paul Lee said, "When I received this invitation, I knew immediately to seize the opportunity, because not only can I do charity, I can give back to the society with so many other star chefs. It is really a rare opportunity!" Chef Tahara Ryogo also shared his own experience in Italy, "My friend's restaurant valued and cherished uncooked ingredients by creating delicious meals to be shared with the needy children of the church after business hours. This touched me deeply and is the underlying motivation for me to participate in this charity event." Chef Angela Lai said, "This is the first time I contribute to charity as a pastry chef. This feeling is particularly meaningful for me." Chefs Kai Ho On and Eric Liu also share the same feelings, "It is an honor and important to be able to participate in such a meaningful event. To give back to the society using our culinary expertise holds a lot of value.

INNOVATIVE COMBINATION OF DELICIOUS & HEALTHY, PROVIDING AN AMAZING STAR-RATED GOURMET DELIGHT

When creating the exclusive delicacies for "Quaker & Fresh Delight Star Chef Food Truck," the five Star Chefs unanimously drew inspiration from familiar Quaker and Fresh Delight products in their daily lives. Chef Paul Lee used his daily oats drink in his creation of "Crispy Oatmeal Chicken with Mushroom Sauce," along with marinating the meat first in Fresh Delight Greek yogurt for extra tenderness and juiciness, and then dipping the chicken in Quaker Whole Oats before deep-frying into a delicious and nutritious Star specialty. "(Oat) Oatmeal Rice Cake"and" (Oat) Oatmeal Ice Cream" are the creative ideas of Chef Kai Ho On and Angela Lai. "I hope that consumers will be pleasantly surprised when they eat our signatures and realize that they are made with oats. Oats can be so delicious!"The creation"Multigrain Vegetable Hand Roll with Yogurt Sauce" is from Chef Eric Liu's culinary belief to pursue a sense of balance and harmony in every dish. "The fruits and vegetables are blended with rich grains so that every bite is satisfying with multi-dimensional flavors and enjoyment."The delightful"Baska Cheesecake" is the creation of Chef Tahara Ryogo. Using Quaker Black Currant Breakfast Granola for the base crust and topping off with cheesecake made from Fresh Delight Greek yogurt rather than cream cheese, the taste is aromatic fruitiness with naturally not too sweet cheese flavor. All entrees are not greasy, suitable for the whole family. Each dish is an exclusive delicacy, giving consumers a brand new Star experience.

STAR CHEFS FOOD TRUCK WILL TOUR ALL OF TAIWAN, INVITING THE PUBLIC TO ENJOY TASTY STAR FOOD WHILE GIVING TO CHARITY

The "Quaker & Fresh Delight Star Chefs Food Truck" will officially open on August 10. Plans are to tour North, Central, and South Taiwan, bringing deliciousness and love to all Taiwanese consumers. 100% of the sales proceeds will be donated to the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families Foundation. For the first time, five Michelin chefs worked together to take the nutritious and healthy Quaker and Fresh Delight products to a new delicious cuisine.
